Pro licenses (bring your own API key)

If you’re not satisfied, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Just reach out — we’ll process it, no hard feelings.

Managed credit plans

Managed plans are refundable within 30 days of purchase, provided you’ve used no more than 25 credits from the paid plan (this keeps refunds fair, since generation costs us real money). Beyond that, you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.

Cancellation

You can cancel any subscription anytime from your dashboard — one click, no phone calls, no retention scripts. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you won’t be charged again.

What’s not covered

• Renewal charges after your first term (cancel before renewal to avoid them).
• Payment-processor fees, where they’re non-refundable.
• Heavy prior usage of a managed plan (see the 25-credit limit above).
